The Quality Manual is available in the company through the paperless Basal system, i.e. that all reports, descriptions and instructions can be accessed and worked with by this web based system.
Rustek works targeted towards an error rate of 0% out of the house, and an internal rate of max 2% due to the level of costs and due to the supply security.
